Quantity Discount Information Cablesys offers our regular customers quantity discount pricing. Please review details below for more information on how these breaks are applied on our website.
- Items which are priced below $30.00 have a per-item discount from the list price when 10 or more are added to the shopping cart.
- Items which are priced above $30.00 will have a per-item discount from the list price when 2 or more are added to the shopping cart
- The per-item discount price can only be seen when products are added to the shopping cart
- Quantity discounts are not available to our Reseller customers or on our Built-to-Order items
Guaranteed Satisfaction Within 30 days from your purchase date, if you are not happy with the product, we will refund your purchase price. Please call Cablesys Customer Service (1-800-555-7176) for an RMA number to return the product together with the original invoice. All custom and Built to Order products are excluded from this policy.
Order Acceptance Policy Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Cablesys reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Cablesys reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

What is RoHS?
RoHS-Restriction of Hazardous Substances- is “the restriction of hazardous use of electrical or electric equipment.” The European Union (EU) started to use RoHS effectively after July 1, 2006. The harmful substances include lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls, and polybrominated diphenyl ethers. All manufactures and resellers selling electric and electrical equipment must be RoHS compliant if the product sells under their own brand in the EU.
UL is an independent, not-for-profit product-safety testing and certification organization. They offer a, "Performance Verification Services," program for performance Category 2, 3, 4, 5, 5E or 6, TIA/EIA 568B.2-1, ISO/IEC 11801 performance categories, Optical Fiber Cable Performance Verification, field testers, and much more. UL also provides CAT 6 permanent link and channel performance testing. This service is specifically geared towards system designers, installers, contractors and end-users. UL performs field measurements in accordance to TIA/EIA 568B2.

Shipping Policy All shipments are subject to product availability. Custom and Built to Order Cable Assemblies require up to a 5 business day turnaround time period. Standard and in-stock items require a 24 hour turnaround time period. Ship Time: The time it will take for you to receive your order depends on the "Product Availability" date plus the delivery method selected.
Return Policy ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING:
All products must be returned in good condition with original packaging. Shipping charges and handling fees are not refundable.
Custom orders and cables are not returnable unless they are defective. Products designated as “ALL SALES FINAL”, “NO RETURNS” or similar language may not be returned.
Return Instructions: Please call customer service at 1-800-555-7176 for an RMA number. If the total value of the return merchandise is less than one hundred dollars ($100), an RMA number is not required. Fill in the appropriate information on the cablesys.com Merchandise Return Form included with your shipment which you may print here: GCRMA Form.
Merchandise must be returned in original packaging with shipping document(s) enclosed. IMPORTANT NOTE: SHIPPING DOCUMENT MUST BE ENCLOSED TO INITIATE CREDIT PROCESS Apply the return label provided to the package for return. Please fill in RMA number when applicable.
