Invoice
Automatic confirmation emails are sent to the customers to update them throughout each step of the ordering process. Emails that are sent right after the order has shipped contain tracking information as well as a tracking link for quick tracking.

All of our customer’s orders are stored in our database and can be viewed by Cablesys admin personnel. Which allows customers to call in and ask us to re-submit an order from their previous purchases which makes it easier to submit same orders without the hassle of re-entering orders.

ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING:
All products must be returned in good condition with original packaging. Shipping charges and handling fees are non refundable.

Custom orders and cables are not returnable unless they are defective.
Products designated as “ALL SALES FINAL”, “NO RETURNS” or similar language may not be returned. Except for defective products.

Return Instructions:
Please call customer service at 1-800-555-7176 for an RMA number. If the total value of the return merchandise is less than one hundred dollars ($100), an RMA number is not required.

Merchandise must be returned in original packaging with shipping document(s) enclosed.
IMPORTANT NOTE: SHIPPING DOCUMENT MUST BE ENCLOSED TO INITIATE CREDIT PROCESS Apply the return label provided to the package for return. Please fill in RMA number when applicable.

Performance Warranty:
Cablesys provides a 15 year performance warranty on Category rated cable products such as Cat5e, Cat6 and Cat6A.

Product Warranty:
Cablesys provides a 3 year product warranty against workmanship and manufacturing defect on all products. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accident or improper installation.

Credit Cards:
Cablesys accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to purchase products from Cablesys. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will not be billed until your order is shipped.

All shipments are subject to product availability. Custom and Built to Order Cable Assemblies require up to a 5 business day turnaround. Standard and in-stock items require a 24 hour turnaround (weekend not included in lead time).

The time it will take for you to receive your order depends on the "Product Availability" date plus the delivery method selected.

Shipping Availability:
Cablesys accepts shipments from the U.S.A and Canada. Shipping time/fee might vary base on your selection of shipping method.

Duties and Taxes:
Cablesys is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. Additional fees will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility as Cablesys does not include such fees in the product price or shipping and handling cost. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

UPS®, FedEx® & USPS® shipping methods all are calculated offering the correct sales tax according to state and county. We offer full international shipping which are offered with international calculations rates and times through UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
