To Robert Alaverdov's boss: From start to finish, Robert Alaverdov outdid himself in trying to help me find the right connection for
my computer. I even felt guilty about taking up so much of his time over such a low-cost item, but at no time did he ever show any
impatience or discourtesy. I am pleased to have dealt with him. My matter is now resolved. Thank you very much---keep up the

Lory: I am still amazed at the product you offer and your prices. The last order was a perfect example. We needed two cables for a
project that we were working on. I checked Staples, and found I could get an approximation of what we wanted for about $60 a
piece, total cost $120. I found that the principal on the project was taking a week's vacation just at that point, so I had a week to
procure the cables. I sent in an order to you, and voila(!), I got EXACTLY what we wanted, PLUS we stocked the lab with about
another thirty cables for general use, and though I don't remember the exact price, I think it was under $90 total. We got over
thirty cables for 3/4 the price of what we would have paid for jury rigging two cables at Staples. Your present for the new year from
me is a testimonial.
