Follow these steps:
- Create an online account. Click here to create one.
- Email completed and signed tax exempt documentation to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Within one business day, Customer Service will update the account to tax exempt and email a confirmation.
- Sign into the account and complete the checkout process.
Customers should consult with their state’s department of revenue to determine which forms are required. Having a nonprofit or status under Section 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code does not automatically designate an organization as tax exempt.
Please log into the account and visit the Orders page. Select the desired order number to view the tracking number.
Orders cannot be modified once they are entered; orders can only be canceled. Request a cancellation by replying to the order confirmation email, and Cablesys will attempt to cancel the order. However, most orders are shipped the same day. Therefore, Cablesys cannot guarantee the cancellation will take place in time. Orders already shipped cannot be canceled, and must then be returned for a refund. Please see our Return Policy.

Cablesys only ships within the U.S.A. and Canada. UPS® and FedEx® only accepts shipments to a valid street address. They do not deliver to a P.O. Box.
All in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days. Custom and build-to-order items ship within 10-15 business days. All orders ship complete, item with the longest lead time determines ship date. An estimated delivery date is provided when placing the order.
Shipping rates are calculated by the total weight of an order. Shipping courier policies require the weight to be rounded up to the next full pound.
An online order of $99 or more (excluding taxes) that will ship complete may qualify for free ground shipping. Free shipping is available for 48 contiguous states within the continental US only. FPO/APO and Canada are excluded.

3-Year Limited Product Warranty
The Cablesys warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship for a full three years from the date of purchase. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts; limitations may not apply to you.
Problems caused by abuse, misuse, or acts of God are not covered. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential or incidental damages; limitations may not apply to you.
Improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repair on Cablesys cables by any company other than Cablesys will void the warranty. The warranty gives buyers specific legal rights, whom may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
15-Year Performance Limited Warranty
The warranty covers performance on category-rated products (CAT6A, CAT6, and CAT5e) such as cable, connectivity, and pre-terminated patch panel cable assemblies. These products perform by TIA-568 standards for a full fifteen years from the date of purchase.
