What is Cablesys’ return policy?
Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, excluding shipping costs.
Only items purchased directly from Cablesys.com will be processed.
Cablesys does not accept items that are opened and removed from their original packaging.
Important: Custom and build-to-order items are non-cancelable and not returnable for a refund. Full manufacturer warranty applies.
Cablesys reserves the right to deny any return request.
What are the steps to return an item?
- Log into the account and visit the Orders page.
- Select the desired order number and click “Return Items?”
- Select the items from the order which you wish to return, select a return reason, return action, and provide any comments you may have.
Once submitted, the return request will be reviewed by Customer Service. All requests are subject to approval and failure to meet Cablesys’ return policy will result in a rejection of the return.
- Once the customer receives the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please write it on the shipping label. An RMA number is required for all returns. Please do not return any items without first receiving the RMA number.
Does Cablesys pay for return shipping?
No, Cablesys does not cover the return shipping fee.
If a customer received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the customer will still pay for return shipping. Once the item has been inspected and determined it is in fact damaged, defective, or incorrect, then a credit or replacement will be issued to the customer for the item and/or the shipping to ship it back.
Cablesys strongly suggests using an insurable and trackable shipping method when making a return. Cablesys is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. If the returned item is damaged in transit, the customer will be responsible for filing a shipping claim.
How long does it take to receive a refund after returning an item?
Customers typically receive a refund back on their credit card within four weeks after Cablesys receives the item. The credit card company determines when the credit will be reflected in the statement. It may take one full billing cycle for the credit to appear.
